Our promise to you
- We will actively promote and advertise your property for lease via the following websites including; darrenjones.com.au, realestate.com.au, realestateview.com.au, domain.com.au, property.com.au.
- We will complete all application checks including current employment, previous employment, current rental, previous rental history, personal referees and National Tenancy Database checks.
- We will then liaise with you to ensure not only that the right tenant is selected but also the right lease terms and conditions and of course that the market rental is achieved!
- We will complete a fully detailed Condition Report at the beginning of each tenancy.
- We conduct Routine Inspections on a six or twelve monthly basis which you are more than welcome to attend.
- We will contact you to implement market rental increases on a six or twelve monthly basis.
- We will arrange lease renewals at the end of a tenancy.
- We will take care of all property maintenance issues with your approval and will liaise with tradesman, body corporate and insurance companies, including lodging insurance claims.
- We will provide you with a monthly rental income statement either by mail or email
- We will pay all outgoings on your behalf including, rates, water charges, insurance fees, and any other outgoings as advised by you.
- We will provide you with an End of Year Financial Report for tax purposes.
- On the odd occasion that this is needed, we will attend and represent you at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
- Most importantly we will keep you up to date on all issues relating to your property.
